  • Class time is structured differently from the typical 75 minute yoga class.

  • Partners can attend - even if they have no interest in yoga, as the settings provide everyone an opportunity to relax and reflect.

  • It is a vacation with yoga: the yoga practice helps support the experience of a vacation leaving you feeling refreshed rather than needing a vacation from the vacation!

Fall Retreat at Gray Bear, Hohenwald, TN

This weekend is a respite and a breath of fresh air for anyone who feels the general pressures of the modern world. Relieve yourself of cell phones and laptops. Submerge yourself in an environment that nurtures and supports your body’s need to slow down and rest.
 
We will explore a variety of yoga practices including postures, vinyasa, pranayama and meditation. Attendees will also have time to explore the natural beauty of Gray Bear Retreat Center, including a wood burning sauna, hot tub, cold spring dips, hikes, and lounging hammock!
 
Schedule:
  • Check in time: November 8th: 2:00-4:00 PM
  • First yoga class: 4:30-6:00 PM
  • Dinner: 6:30 PM
  • Opening Circle: 7:30 PM
  • Check out time: Sunday, November 12th:1:00-2:00 PM

Weekend rate is based on double occupancy and includes full yoga program, meals and use of Gray Bear facilities which includes outdoor hot tub and wood burning sauna.
Limited upgrades to private cabins are available.  Please fill out registration form and inquire about a private cabin.  You will hear back from someone at Gray Bear.
